What incoterms do you support?
We are an EXW factory, EXW term is our focus.
Sometimes we do FOB/CIF for bulk orders, this depends on cases. Please talk with us for more information.

Do you attend some exhibitions?
Yes, we regularly attend IFSEC UK, MIPS RUSSIA, Security ESSEN GERMANY and ISC West USA.
Sometimes we are an exhibitor for some small shows like Mitec Malaysia, Secon Korea and Intersec Saudi Arabia.

What is your payment term?
For sample orders, full payment before production.
For bulk orders, we could do 30% deposit and balance payment before we ship your order.
The principle rule is full payment before shipment.
