5T Steel Melting Industrial induction furnace with steel shell

1. Principle of Induction Coil

The induction coil is the device converting three phase power current into single

phase intermediate frequency current and enabling metal to produce eddy current

loss through electromagnetic field induction to achieve heating and melting and is

applicable to melting, heating or holding of steel, copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, nickel

silver and other ferrous or nonferrous metal and alloy material, as well as heating

treatment prior to forging, sintering and tube-bending forming in casting and melting industries.

2.Advantages of induction melting furnace:

2.1 The metal foundry furnace is equipped with a strong and robust furnace body.

The large capacity steel melting furnace is designed with a steel shell.
2.2 Selenium steel made of magnetic yoke of the magnetic field lines generated

by the induction coil has played the role of shielding emission to reduce the magnetic

leakage so that it improves the efficiency and energy saving is 5%~8%.
2.3 The cover reduces heat loss and improves the equipment safety.

2.4 The metal melting furnace is equipped with a hydraulic tiling mechanism which

is strong and stable in performance.
