1.Application

The forklift type trolley furnace is mainly used for fast quenching process of high manganese steel and aluminum alloy parts. The max working temperature of the furnace could reach 1200degree Celsius. The rapid quenching furnace can also be designed as a box furnace.

Our company has introduced foreign technology and successfully developped the trolley type fast quenching heat treat furnaces for customers. It reduces the transfer time of workpieces and improves the performance of products.It can replace the turnover/tilting type trolley heat treatment furnace.The surface damage and impact pit caused by the collision between workpieces are avoided.

The rapid quenching furnace can be designed and produced into different furnace types such as square, rectangular and circular according to the needs of different users. It can form a whole production line with one furnace and one trolley or multiple furnaces and one trolley.

The fast quenching furnace (newly developed energy-saving and time-saving quenching furnace) is mainly used for rapid quenching of various metal workpieces and stainless steel solution treatment. The supporting loading and unloading trolley can quickly enter the furnace body to shovel out the workpieces and quickly enter water (oil) for quenching.The whole process is completed in 50 seconds.

Note: the rapid quenching furnace can also be designed and manufactured separately according to the production needs of different users.
