2.1 The vacuum furnace body manufacturing increases the aging process after welding, and the flange sealing surface is ground. It ensures that the sealing surface is not deformed for a long time, thus ensuring the vacuum sealing requirements.

2.2 The protection cut-off circuit is specially designed to automatically protect the equipment and parts in the furnace even if there is a short circuit between the anode and cathode.

2.3 The thyristor of the rectifier circuit of the power supply, the diode and the IGBT components of the pulse generation circuit all adopt imported modules, with simple circuit and reliable quality.

2.4 The operation buttons are equipped with mutual protection, which will not damage the equipment even if the operator misoperates.

2.5 The action control adopts solidified circuit, which has simple circuit and greatly improves the reliability.
