2.4Electric control
The intelligent temperature control system uses PID calculation and automatic adjustment of the temperature
control system to ensure that the heating temperature is controlled within ± 2 degrees, meeting the process
temperature requirements of hot-dip galvanizing heating equipment. The system equipment has functions such as
digital current display, automatic temperature control display, and is equipped with leakage protection devices and
over temperature alarm devices. Temperature detection uses high-precision temperature control instruments and
signals from different temperature sensors to detect and provide feedback to intelligent temperature control instruments.
The instrument adopts fuzzy rules for PID regulation, which has the characteristics of no overshoot and high precision.
The system is well-designed, highly automated, safe and reliable, and suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
