Introduction To The Carbon Steel Anti Clogging Mesh Screens , Manganese Self Cleaning Screen Mesh

Anti-clogging screen mesh are made of horizontally crimped round wires , as the wires are independent, the vibration of the screen will cause the differences in the vibration of the wires that prevent the clogging of the fine products between the wires.This type of mesh is the most used as it has the largest available percentage of screening surface.

Anti clogging wire mesh screens are made with polyurethane coated wire and synthetic rope, either fully or partially welded.
Anti clogging wire mesh screens are light and easy to man-oeuvre reducing the OH&S risks associated with traditional wire screens.
In addition they offer up to 2 times wear life, depending on application.
Anti clogging wire mesh screens offer high open area combined with reduced pegging and blinding, given the inbuilt flexibility within the screen.
The addition of polyurethane to the ripple screen improves its wear life.

Type D(Triangular Opening): This one is similar to Type S, but its precision is increased by adding a straight wire in between each of the crimped wires, which limits the movement of the crimped wire, making it more precise preventing wedging of elongated particles but lowering its screening area.
