4.0mm Hot Dipped Galvanized Pull Wire For Chain Link Fence Accessories
Pull wire 4.0mm galvanized iron wire is mainly used for tension wire and loop the chain link fabric.
Loop the wire around the chain link on both ends and crimp it. Pull the wire close on both ends to pull the bamboo up against the fence. Then wrap the excess wire around the chain-link next to each end. Wrap it 3-4 times around the chain and use a crimping tool or channel lock to bend the wire firmly at the end to secure it.
Tension wire is an important part of chain link fencing. It secures the bottom and top of your chain link fence to ensure the chain links remain tight to the posts and rails. We have created this how-to guide to teach you the properly install tension wire for fences.
Galvanized Iron Wire Galvanized wire is a major mesh wire (wire material for mesh weaving or welding), binding wire and core wire. The welded mesh can be manufactured with pre-galvanized wire, then powder coated. Galvanized wire is also a ready core wire for making of powder coated wire.
Hot-dip zinc galvanized steel wire enjoys excellent corrosion resistance. Depending on zinc layer thickness, it can be used for several years or decades before heavily oxidized.
Both electro and hot dipped galvanized wire can be used individually, or to be further coated with plastic for a better property.
