Monel 400 Wire Mesh is a superior resistant to corrosion that is caused by the sea water, stress corrosion cracking in the freshwater, dry hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. It can be easily used in the non-oxidizing chloride solutions. It attains large strength and causes resistance to the salt and caustic solutions.

Monel 400 Wire Mesh offers tremendous resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking in the variety of environments. It is an excellent resistant to reducing agents.

Monel 400 Wire Mesh offers great mechanical properties at the subzero temperatures. The strength and toughness are enhanced by nominal alteration in ductility. It doesn't introduce ductile to brittle transition even at freezing point of hydrogen.

Characteristics of Monel 400 wire mesh:

  1. Hefty resistant to seawater and steam at high temperatures.
  2. Superior resistance to rapidly flowing brackish water or seawater, stress corrosion cracking in most freshwaters.
  3. Especially resistant to dry hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids and sulfuric acids.
  4. High Resistance to neutral and alkaline salt and alkalies.
