2.Principle of heat pump dryer/tomato air dryer oven with CE:

1. Saibainuo dryer fruit machine is working through compressor to produce high temperature and high pressure gas enter into condenser to release heat, the heat will be send into chamber by circulation fan.the temperature will reach 20~80℃.
2. There is a heat recovery device in the dehumidification system,the recycle heat used to heat the new air,it can saving 60~70% fresh air preheating energy consumption.
3. Hot air cycling flat flow in the drying room, drying more uniform and thoroughly.

3. Equipment Parameters

Industrial hot air heat pump drying machine consists of a host, a drying room, a wind circulation system and a controller. Inside the drying room, there are trolleys and trays with wheels, and a maintenance room. The size of the drying room is not the same as the number and size of the trolley and the tray.
