This controlleris designed against intelligent electric clothes rack,it is a full-function master control which can control clothes rack though the remote control(433MHZ wireless reception).it's main control function include of UV lights and control,tec,with function integration.

Power supply motor is a AC-DC switching power supply,24VDC output constant current is 270ma,UV driver for UV light is DC-DC power supply, input 24VDC,output:8-12VDC 2outputs,300mA constant current.

Protection function

1. Short circuit on AC port,power supply no outputm when relieved,power supply gets back to normal.

2. Motor alarm detection:when the motorpower supplycurrent into2.8+/-0.1A,the control board receives the alam singnal,alam every 2 sencods,until the alarm signal is eliminated

3. Moto overload protection: when the current from motor output part>3.1A.the control board receives the overload signal,immediately cuts the motor power supply and operales the motor without action within 30S;

4. Resistance bounce:similat the state of the clothes rack in the runing process by limit switch.when the block is encountered,the whose circuit board stops the motoraction imediately.later up running for 2S to eliminated the state of resistance.

Enter into standby

1. The controller enter into standby when it is electrified.

2. When all functions are tuned off,no operation for more 5 minutes,the main control panel is in standby state.

3. if the host get in to standby stadus ,whatever instructions the remode control sends ,the controller exits the standby state and enters normal working mode.
