Introduction of pressure transmitter sensor:


BP93420IB pressure transmitter sensor is the use of piezoresistive effect principle, the use of integrated technology through doping diffusion, along the characteristics of the crystal direction on the monocrystalline silicon sheet, made of strain resistance, constitute the bridge using the elastic mechanical properties of silicon materials, anisotropic micromachining on all silicon materials, made of a set of force sensitive and power conversion detection in one of the diffused silicon sensor.

Diffused silicon pressure sensors are mainly used in process control systems, pressure calibration instruments, hydraulic systems, biomedical instruments, hydraulic systems and valves, level measurement, refrigeration equipment and HVAC control and other industries, it can be said that all industries with high automation requirements may use diffused silicon pressure sensors.

Ordering tips of pressure transmitter sensor

When over-range or down-range selection, the amplitude is controlled within ±30%FS.
■ Pressure mode is divided into gauge pressure, absolute pressure, sealing pressure, according to the need for reasonable selection.
■ Confirm the maximum overload of the system, the maximum overload of the system should be less than the overload protection limit of the sensor, otherwise it will affect the service life of the product, and even damage the product.
■ Do not touch the diaphragm with any hard object, otherwise it will cause the diaphragm to break. ■ The material and process of manufacturing the negative pressure core are not the same as that of the positive pressure, and the negative pressure core can not be replaced by the gauge pressure core.
