Introduction of flush diaphragm industrial pressure sensor transmitter:
The BPHT24 flat diaphragm pressure transmitter consists of a strain gauge and diffused silicon front end. The specially treated strong flushing diaphragm at the measuring end of the strain gauge flat diaphragm ensures that hard particles in the measured medium will not damage it. This transmitter features a compact structure, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, particle impact resistance, and a wide range of temperature compensation. The diffused silicon front type incorporates an imported diffused silicon core system and utilizes tuning and digital compensation technology to ensure reliable product performance and stable output.

Ordering tips |
1. When selecting products, please ensure that the contact parts with the measured medium are compatible.
2. Please note that explosion-proof products do not include digital display heads when placing an order.
3. When ordering a transmitter with an LCD or LED display head, the transmitter's power should not be less than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, we recommend that users install anti-lightning devices on site and ensure reliable grounding of the product and power supply.
5. The rated operating temperature range of fluorine rubber O-rings is -20℃ to 250℃. When the product operates at a temperature below -20℃, EPDM O-rings should be selected.
6. Cables are not included by default. If needed, three materials are available for selection. Unless otherwise specified, polyethylene cable material can be used. If you need a different cable material, please specify in your order.
7. If there are special requirements such as strong vibration, instant impact force, strong electromagnetic or radio frequency interference, please inform us and specify in your order.
