BPHT3351 Differential Pressure Transmitter

Introduction of capacitive differential pressure transmitter :

BPHT3351 Capacitive differential pressure transmitter sensor , the pressure or differential pressure will make the sensor capacitance value change, the generated analog signal after AD conversion, into a digital signal sent to the microprocessor, after the microprocessor calculation and processing output a digital signal, after DA conversion to the current control circuit, converted into 4 ~ 20mA analog current signal output.

Product Features of capacitive differential pressure transmitter:
1. The transmitter adopts stainless steel structure design, compact structure and easy installation.
2. After strict temperature compensation and aging screening, to ensure stable and reliable performance.
3. Electrical interface can be selected as plug-in or direct wiring option.
Applications of capacitive differential pressure transmitter:
1. Suitable for measuring differential pressure of various gases or liquids in pipelines of industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and hydrology.
2. Applied in industrial on-site processes such as petroleum, chemica,metallurgy, power generation, and hydrology.

Working Principle of capacitive differential pressure transmitter:

As indicated in the working principle, the outside pressure or differential pressure will cause some change in the sensor capacitance value. Through the digital signal conversion, it will change into the frequency signal, which is sent to the microprocessor. After the
calculation by microprocessor, a current control signal will be output to the current control circuit, converted into analogue 4-20mA current
output. Meanwhile, the microprocessor is responsible for the interactive and other actions (display and setting). The communication port used for digital communication needs the special port of our company. HART module will realize the transmitter HART communication.


Measurement Ways of capacitive differential pressure transmitter:

Fluid Level Measurement:
In the measurement of fluid flow, the pressure taps should be breached on the side of the process conduit to avoid the sediment of dregs. Meanwhile, the transmitter should be mounted beside or under the pressure taps, to prevent the air bubbles from being discharged into the process conduit.
