​Low Noise Single Stage Air Compressor , Portable Screw Air Compressor

Highly efficient magnetic steel of permanent magnetic motor

Punching uses high-performance low-loss silicon, we conduct simulation analysis of mechanical strength with finite element method so as to make rotator inertia reach the minimum on the condition that enough mechanical rigidity and mechanical strength.

Rotator magnetic steel adopts high-performance NdFeB permanent magnetic material to form sine wave air-gap field.

Axial flow uses the processing method of embedded bond, which simultaneously meets requirements of optical axis and bond axis.

We provide regular door-to-door field service and promise to give maintenance service on the site within 24h. We provide customers with all-round air compressor diagnosis and eliminate its fault in sprout so as to ensure continuous and complete production line and avoid expensive fault loss.

With absolutely lower maintenance cost and on the condition that abundant spare parts are guaranteed, signed clients will obtain spare parts with 10% preferential price at least and enjoy five-year ’’heart warranty" plan.

After expiration of one-year guarantee period of standard screw machine, guarantee of compressor units will be extended for 4 years, in the meantime, we will conduct filing management of individual machines of all clients which sign 5-year "relieving" contracts with us and conduct regular remind of maintenance service.
