Kings High speed SLA 3d printer, making large size prototyping easier.
The Jinshi 3D SLA Light Curing 3D Printer is one of the most accurate 3D printing technologies on the market. It is possible to create prototypes with extremely high quality, with fine features (thin walls, sharp corners, etc.) and complex geometries. The layer thickness can be as low as 25 μm and the minimum feature size is between 50 and 250 μm.
The print surface is smooth. The build volume can be as high as 1700*800*500mm without sacrificing accuracy.
Post processing
After the material polymerization is completed, the platform rises from the tank and drains excess resin. At the end of the process, the model was removed from the platform, excess resin was washed and then placed in a UV oven for final curing. Post-press curing allows the object to reach the highest possible strength and become more stable.
Alternative process: digital light processing
As we mentioned earlier, a descendant of SLA is Digital Light Processing (DLP). Unlike SLAs, DLP uses a digital projector screen to flash a single image of each layer across the entire platform. Since the projector is a digital screen, each layer will consist of square pixels. Therefore, the resolution of the DLP printer corresponds to the pixel size, and for the SLA, it is the laser spot size.
