Product features
1. The furnace body is a horizontal single-chamber water-cooled jacket structure, and the furnace door adopts a sandwich water-cooled jacket structure. The outer layer is ordinary steel plate, and the inner layer is stainless steel. The flanges at both ends are welded to the cylinder and the furnace cover sandwich respectively. The double-door manual clamping structure is adopted for easy loading and unloading.
2. In order to improve the degree of automation control, the main valves on each pipeline of the vacuum system of this furnace are pneumatic valves, which are intuitive and convenient to operate.
3. The system is equipped with two glass rotor flowmeters to adjust the gas flow rate filled into the furnace respectively.
4. An electric contact pressure gauge is installed on the furnace body to monitor the pressure in the furnace. When the furnace is over-pressured, it can automatically release the pressure to ensure the safe operation of the system.
5. During the degreasing stage, a small amount of gas can be appropriately filled in according to the fat content of the product to achieve directional airflow degreasing.
6. The rapid cooling device consists of a motor, a fan impeller, a built-in radiator and a ventilation door on the heat insulation screen. The furnace is filled with inert gas Ar to quickly cool the workpiece.
