Low Pollution Combustion Automatic And Chain Grate Horizontal Coal/Wood Fired Steam Boiler

Product introduction

DZL series biomass boiler is a horizontal three-way water fire tube boiler. Arrange the threaded pipe in the drum, on both sides have the water wall tube, front and back arch with a new type of energy-saving furnace arch, the use of light small scale chain grate is more conducive to the combustion of biomass fuels, with a blower, induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with a slag machine to achieve automatic slag.

The fuel from the coal bucket fell to the grate, enter into the furnace for combustion, the flame after the back arch refraction upward through the body both sides burning chamber turn to the front smoke box, and then by the front smoke box to the threaded pipe in inside of the drum, after through the back smoke box into the economizer, and then by the induced draft fan pump the smoke into the atmosphere through the chimney flue.

1. Adopts horizontal type three pass structure, absorbs the thermal expansion effectively. Uses large diameter corrugated furnace, large combustion space, high combustion efficiency.

2. Equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as pressure controller, pressure transmitter, water level alarm, safety valve, etc.

3. Adopts PLC full automatic intelligent control cabinet and interlock protection program, has the protection function of water shortage, over pressure, over temperature, gas leakage, flame out, electric leakage, and phrase-lacking or overloading of motor, etc.

4. Equipped with reliable boiler auxiliaries,such as world known famous burner international famous brand water pump and electric control elements, American Fleck brand water softener.

5. Adopt the latest boiler technology, 100% flaw detection test, high quality, and long working life, low maintenance fee.
