A, B and C style

Type A: It consists of an upper plate with double hooks, a lower plate with teeth and an M8 hexagon socket bolt.

Type B: It consists of an upper pressure plate with double hooks (one hook can enclose two adjacent steel gratings), a toothed lower pressure plate and a >M8 inner corner bolt.

Type C: It consists of an upper pressure plate with double hooks and an M8 hexagon head bolt that can be welded to the supporting member.

Installation method

The steel grating that needs to be movable and detachable must be fixed with a special installation fixture for the steel grating to prevent any displacement of the member.

The mounting clip can be supplied by the manufacturer according to the requirement of the buyer. Except for the mounting clip made of stainless steel, the mounting clip made of carbon steel must be surface treated with hot-dip galvanizing. It is recommended that the bolts used for the mounting clip be treated with hot-dip galvanized surface. Less than 8mm, the number of mounting clips used for each steel grating shall not be less than 4. It is best to install a few more plates on the available supports for larger spans.
