Perforated Sheets are created by punching regular flat sheets with a determined pattern for cosmetic or usability reasons.

Perforated sheets are often used in applications where the passing of water or air is crucial, like ventilation or filtering. Due to the punched pattern, these sheets are usually very light and thin.

Perforated metal comes in mild steel, galvanised, aluminium or stainless steel.

The sheets are 2440mm x 1220mm and come in a variety of thicknesses and hole sizes. The perforations can come in round, square, slotted, hex or a special pattern.

All dimensions are in millimetres and are normal.
End of sheets are cut through perforations (nil margins).
Borders are available through Ullrich Aluminium’s custom made perforation service.
Custom sheets available with a full boarder around the sheet. In addition, customized sheets can include pre-punched fixings holes for easy and fast installation
