Description

The form of the pipe cap is similar to that of the blind plate, except that the blind plate can be removed for sealing, while the welded pipe cap cannot be removed. The pipe cap includes convex pipe cap, cone shell, variable diameter section, flat cover and shrink mouth design.

The cap is mainly convex, including hemispherical cap, elliptical cap, dished cap and spherical cap. For the butt welded stainless steel pipe cap formed after splicing, the splicing weld shall be subject to 100% ray or ultrasonic testing, and the qualification level is the same as that of the equipment shell. The inspection level and proportion of the final formed weld are the same as that of the equipment shell.
