In the process of installation, there should be no organic matters or pollutants in the inner wall and welding area of HDPE electric melting cap.At the same time, in the process of welding, a certain distance should be kept to avoid unnecessary injury.For the pipe connected by the electrofusion pipe cap, the landfill area needs to be under the permafrost layer.

It should be noted that during the installation and welding process, the electrofusion pipe cap and pipe can not be soaked in water.In the severe environment with large temperature difference between day and night, centralizer and other equipment should be selected to fix the cap and pipe.

Considerations

PE electric melting pipe cap belongs to thick wall parts, so as to avoid internal stress caused by too large temperature difference during cooling, and the temperature of the barrel shall be taken as the lower value.PE pipe cap mold uses medium mold temperature. For PE material, the cooling rate is suitable, the crystallinity of plastic is moderate, and it has good physical and mechanical properties.

The injection pressure includes back pressure and injection pressure.When the screw injection molding machine is used, the pressure on the top of the screw melt when the screw rotates and retreats is called back pressure.For PE raw materials, increasing back pressure can increase the temperature, composition and color uniformity of the melt.

In the whole molding cycle, the injection time and cooling time have a decisive influence on the quality of the cap.
