KRIPAL set planning department in-house which is responsible for enterprise planning, brand promotion, designing for clients and etc. Just let us know your ideas and we will design full set of packing for you.

The technical department with 30 enginers who are the tops in the relevant engineering industry is the strength of KRIPAL and the powerful backing of clients. Whilst, almost all mold tooling are finished in our own tooling center under leader of technicals. If you have new items, just send us the sample or artwork to us, full service provided including: mold building, design of packing, testing & production of items and etc.

1. Before 1987.

Our Chairman Mr Philip Lin worked as mould engineer in the Mould Center of Baixiang.

2. 1987

Yueqing Gaoshida Electric Co., Ltd. is launched which is specialized in the low voltage electric swithgear. At that time it is not a much big company, the main products are circuit breaker (mcb&mccb), ac contactor, thermal overload relay.

3. Expanding the production lines, we changed the company name into Zhejiang Zhengjie Industry

4. 2004

As the expanding of business, the space is not enough for growing of company, the factory is moved to Daqiao Industrial Zone in Yueqing (current address). The business scope is expanding as circuit breaker, ac contactor, thermal overload relay, float switch, rotary switch (isolator & changeover), terminal junction box, industrial plug,industrial socket, industrial plug socket and etc

5. 2010

A. As time going by, the market of low voltage swtichgear is saturated and begined to step into the Renewable Energy as Grid-tie solar photovoltaic inverter.

B. Due to marketing requirements, we have changed the company name as "Zhejiang KRIPAL Electric Co., Ltd"

C. New factory in Taizhou city, Zhejiang Provice is in working

6. 2013

A. New products developped: switch disconnector with stainless steel enclosure, low voltage industrial plug. fast-connection industrial plug socket

B. Foreign trade Sales Value increased by 18.7% compared with those of 2012, and it is new milestone in our growth path

Customer Service is a very important in KRIPAL which is for accepting customers consulting, supplying technical support; handling customer complaints; solving difficult problems; actively communicate with customers to understand the feelings and needs of our clients and timely forward customer information Feedback to the relevant departments and enterprises.

According to the production scale of our company and technical requirements, KRIPAL establish QC department with especial inspectors for each procedure and has a developed QC system to control the qualification ratio all the time. Furthermore, there is a professional technical department with 30 technicians who are keeping updating products.

The products are in compliance with international standards, industrial standards and requirements stipulated in the contract and KRIPAL will fulfill its duties for the items which are caused by not good materials or improper production.
