Introduction

Economical Industrial Conveyor Belts Operation Height Adjustable is a new type of continuous conveying equipment, which has a large conveying capacity (1.5 to 2 times higher conveying capacity than other conveyors); strong versatility (basic parts are the same with those of universal belt type), wide range of application (suitable for conveying gravel, limestone, coal, sand, clay, sintering sand powder, wood chips, grain, etc.. which with a block size of not more than 550mm.)

Sidewall belt conveyor (also called large dip corrugated belt conveyor) with a large inclination (90 degrees vertical) transport. So that it is ideal equipment for achieving large angle conveying. Widely adopted in underground mining projects, open pit mining, large dump trucks and other parties.
1. Economical Industrial Conveyor Belts Operation Height Adjustableis a general-purpose continuous conveying material for bulk materials, which adopts the conveyor with corrugated sidewall and diaphragm. So it is especially suitable for large inclination conveying.
2. The conveying angle of belt conveyor with sidewall is 0°~90°.
3. The large inclination belt conveyor can also set horizontal conveying sections of any length at unit head and unit tail for connection with other conveying equipment.

4. It can be used in industries such as coal, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, grain, port, etc.. And convey various bulk material with bulk specific weight of 0.5-2.5t/m3 within the scope of -15 °C ~ +40 °C of working environment humidity.

Working Principle
