1. The conveying angle of belt conveyor with sidewall is 0°~90°.
2. The large inclination belt conveyor can also set horizontal conveying sections of any length at unit head and unit tail for connection with other conveying equipment.

Working Principle

High Quality Independent Working Tables Mobile Rubber Loading Sorting PVC Belt Conveyor Machine is constructed by attaching a freely stretchable rubber wave vertical "skirt" on both sides of the flat rubber conveyor belt, and there is a certain strength adhesion between the skirts, which and elasticity of the diaphragm form a squat bucket for the material is continuously conveyed in the bucket. DJ large inclination belt conveyor (sidewall belt conveyor) can be widely used in coal, grain, building materials, chemical, hydropower and metallurgy departments, and convey various bulk material with bulk specific weight of 0.5-2.5t/m3 within the scope of -15 °C ~ +40 °C of working environment humidity.

For materials with special requirements, such as high temperature, materials with acid, alkaline, oil or organic solvents, special sidewall conveyor belts are required.
