Product Description

Gravel Dewatering Linear Vibration Sieve Industrial Vibrating Screen is widely used in the process of classification, tailing dewatering, tailings water recycle system, dehydration to granule recycling to the slimes and gangue, which is a commonly used equipment in coal, ore dressing, power generation, sugar, salt, coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, construction, electricity, chemical industry products classification purpose, dehydration & tailings recovery.

Working principle

Gravel Dewatering Linear Vibration Sieve Industrial Vibrating Screen adopts to double electrode self-synchronous technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It mainly consists of screen box, exciter, supporting system and motor.

Advantages

1. Automatic alignment of tensioning bolts for side tensioned woven wire decks.

2. The screen crossbeam and screen box adopted high-strength bolt, so its structure is simple and easy maintenance.

3. Weaving screen plate and stainless bar strip, only one could be optional, screening pore size should be indicated when placing order.

4. Completely closed structure, auto-nesting, more suitable for pipe lining.

5. The size separator we made is all by quality stick pleat, we always to keep the high lever of the machines.
