The Joful double shaft Scrap Plastic PET Waste Crusher machine is built tough to handle the most severe applications. The knives are constructed from high alloy heat treated steel for extra long life. Adopt with adjustable blades ,and the positioning of the blades in the cutting chamber is also adjustable to obtain the optimum "rip-shear" action and end product size. Besides the Joful shredders also include an electronic protection system to automatically stop and reverse the shredding action in the event of a system overload. The system allows the shredder to clear itself and then continues the shredding process, automatically.

3. Machine Installation

  • a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
  • b. If necessary we also support abroad installation

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.

Working Principle

The material will be transferred to the blades assemble chamber by conveyors,manually from hopper or forklift,material is taken up by the barbed blade, pulled unceremoniously into the machine and then shredded between the blades on the two opposing shafts so the material will be tear,extrusion,shear and other integrative action,then the small pieces material will be out from the bottom of the shredder.
