Single shaft plastic lump / pipe waste shredder consists of moving cutter and stationary knife work together to complete shredding demand. Cutter is consist by base rotor and quadrilateral shape moving knife blocks. Moving knife block has 4 cutting edges, they are replacing use. Moving knife blocks are arranged in multiple" V-Shape" rows along the base rotor and fixed via screws on the base rotor, rotating together with the base rotor, the two together we call it moving cutter. There are two groups of stationary knife, fixed in the rack. The material is pushed by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder to cutter direction. The speed is smooth and adjustable,propulsion is large and uniform .It can easily crash PE, PP, PVC, PET plastic type Big baled jumbo bags,plastic lumps, sacks, car tires, cables, Pipes, Film, Ropes etc... Which are very hard to crush by granulator. Users can choose the different models according to the material that need to shred and the capacity demand.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
