1. Lead time - 7-48 working days after deposit recieved. And for amount less then USD1000,it will be 100% payment ahead
2. Payment Term - 30% advanced payment once upon signing the contract,70% balance payment before delivery.
3. Machine Installation

  • a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing / videos
  • b. If necessary we also support abroad installation

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.

Working Principle

The matrial will be transferred to the blades assemble chamber by conveyors,manually from hopper or forklikfe,material is taken up by the barbed blade, pulled unceremoniously into the machine and then shredded between the blades on the two opposing shafts so the material will be tear,extrusion,shear and other integrative action,then the small pieces material will be out from the bottom of the shredder.
