Blades Design & Working Principle

Adopt rotary twisted blades, the working principles of the machine is like a scissors, twisted rotary blade design, high-speed rotary cutting, make the cutter machine more efficient and energy-saving

The discharge port is designed with removable sieve mesh(for F series), the size of mesh can be customized as your final size request, meet your different and uniform discharge size request, the output size range from 2mm up to tens centimeter

Take our big model 2400F for examples, there is 2 pcs stationary blades, 8 pcs rotary blades, each round means cutting 16 times, the machine is around 300rpm, means around 4800 times cutting with the 1200mm length blades

We can also provide the fan device, dust removal device, opening to fiber and sorting devices if you need

Install

* Complete machine delivery, only need install the conveyor belt and connect the power cord will be ok, we offer installation instructions, drawing and videos, easy for your install by yourself

* if clients request,we will also support assign engineer abroad do the installation and training your staffs

Maintenance Tips

* Place the machine on a open and flat ground, avoid tilting

* Pleas running the empty machine for more than 30 minutes, to check if every parts running well

* Sharpening the knifes according to our suggestion

* Avoid metal and other solid materials, that may damage the cutting blades

* Do not try to repair the machine yourself, if any problems comes up, please contact us firstly, we will solve your problem in the first time

* If the wearing cutting blades are broken, please contact us to get the new blade
