Description About Carbon Fiber Cutting Machine

Design & Working Principle
The carbon fiber cutting machine adopt rotating twisted the knives, native to the abolition of traditional reciprocating straight knife board, the application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, power saving and high efficiency
The discharge port use detachable screen parts, screen hole size can be customized according to your final size request, it will keep cutting inside till the final size meet the screen request then output belt transport the cutting pieces

Using & Maintenance Tips

Put the machine on a open flat place, avoid metal materials, this will damage or even broken the blades
Please sharpening the blades regularly, we will suggest you sharpening frequency according to the materials and your daily working hours, pls following our suggestion
Runing the empty machine for 30 minutes after install, to check if every parts install and work well
Please do not repair the machine yourself, if any problem happened, pls stop the machine firstly and contact us, we will solve your problem in the first time

a: Amount above 10,000USD, 30% deposit, 70% balance

b: Amount below 10,000UD, 40% deposit, 60% balance

c:We support client personal check finish machine, third party agent test the finish machine, we can also make finish machine cutting test and take video for client check to confirm the finish machine condition

Installation

a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing

Guarantee

Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factor, Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
