Design & Working Principle

Joful sponge foam cutting machine adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, high speed rotating cutting, the discharge port with detachable screen, screen size can be customizable as your cutting final size request, one machine can equipped with different size screen, fully meet you cutting size request

Machine Component
* Normally four parts: Main machine, Input belt, Output belt, Blades sharpening device, Customizable size mesh screen
* Can also add other parts per client's request, such like: Fan device, dusty removal device, Metal detector, Opener machine device, sorting machine, spare blades etc

Application

This machine can be used on different kind of foam and sponge, such like rock wool foam, glass wool foam, memory foam, high density sponge, yoga mat, PU foam , EPS foam , XPS foam, EPE foam etc

Beside the foam, it can also be used on textile, fabric, clothes, plastic films, plastic bags, PP bags, woven bags, jumbo bags, woven bags, airbags, big bags, all kinds fibers materials, PU, leathers, carpets, rugs, yarns, quilts, as long as they are soft materials

Maintenance Tips

* You need to sharpen blades regularly, we will suggest you sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and daily working hours, pls following our suggestion

* You need exchange new blades .(generally the blades lifespan 10-26 months depend on what materials you cut and daily working hours)

After Sales Support & Guarantee

Guarantee

Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
