Design

Joful "J" series cutting machine is designed especially for soft type materials recycling cutting
Joful cutting machine working principles is to cut the materials, regular shredder/crusher/grinder is to tear up the materials, the working principle is different, our machine is like a scssiors is more suitable for the fiber materials
Adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear (see below blades samples)
The discharge port is design with removable sieve mesh, mesh size can be customized as your request, also, we can equipped the machine with motor fan device, dust removal device, opening to fiber device, sorting device
