The Joful cutting machine is designed especially for almost all soft type materials recycling cutting, the working principle is different from regular single/double/four shaft shredder

The working principle is like a scissors, adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear (see below blades samples)

The discharge port is deisgned with removalable sieve mesh, mesh size can be customized, ensure your different and uniform discharge size request, beside, the machine can also equipped with motor fan device, dust removal device, opening to fiber device, sorting device

The machine is equipped with automatic sharpening device, sharpening the blades when its getting dull will be ok, and replace it when its wearing out, no other specially maintenance tips needed (see blades sharpening device sample as below)

30% deposit, 70% balance after you check and test the finish machine, before delivery
