1 . Descriptions:
The control of outlet pressure is obtained by balancing the force acting on the diaphragm by the spring (set pressure) in the valve body with the outlet pressure acting on the diaphragm, and the two forces are balanced. When the outlet pressure is set above the original set point using the adjusting screw, the spool will move toward the seat and the volume of the medium will decrease. When the set pressure decreases, the control valve flow area will increase. When the pipeline loses pressure, the valve is fully open. Turning the adjusting screw clockwise will increase the downstream set pressure.
