1 . Descriptions:
The automatic filter press primarily focuses on concentrated sludge filtration and dehydration within wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems, achieving solidification of the sludge to reduce its moisture content below 45%. Through pressure transmitters, the current hydraulic oil pressure in the system is monitored, converting pressure signals into analog data for PLC recognition, thereby controlling the movement of the filter plates. Additionally, photoelectric switches enable immediate pause/recovery during plate movement or system operation, enhancing operational efficiency and user-friendliness.
What sets it apart from conventional filter presses is its integration of automatic plate pulling, liquid turning, and filter cloth cleaning systems, making it ideal for both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems. This intelligent automation makes equipment operation more efficient.
