Customizability Ultra Pure Water Purification System - Large Reverse Osmosis Water System
1 . Descriptions:
Reverse osmosis, also known as reverse osmosis (RO), is a membrane separation process powered by a pressure gradient. Like a molecular filter, it can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria, and organic matter from water, making it an essential component in both pure water treatment systems and general water treatment systems. This reverse osmosis equipment works by separating the solvent in the solution (usually water) through the reverse osmosis membrane (semi-permeable membrane) under sufficient pressure, which is called reverse osmosis due to its opposite direction to natural osmosis.
Depending on the osmotic pressure of various materials, the reverse osmosis method, when greater than the osmotic pressure, can be used for separation, extraction, purification, and concentration purposes. The main performance of reverse osmosis equipment has reached an advanced level, providing high-quality pure water for industries such as power plants, metallurgy, mining, light industry, automotive, semiconductors, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, and medical applications. It plays a critical role in a pure water treatment system, offering compact structure, high efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Reverse osmosis equipment uses advanced reverse osmosis membranes, high-efficiency low-noise high-pressure pumps, and precision instruments to form an independent water treatment system. The system is assembled on a separate holder and mounted with an automatic controller. The entire reverse osmosis system is controlled by advanced PLC technology, managing the start and stop of the high-pressure pump, automatic high and low-pressure protection, and automatic fast washing functions, all of which are vital for the efficient operation of both pure water treatment systems and water treatment systems.
The water output of reverse osmosis equipment ranges from 0.5 m³/h to 1000 m³/h. The reverse osmosis pressure vessel is made of stainless steel or fiberglass. The reverse osmosis membrane uses a low-pressure composite film with a desalination rate of 99%, and the operating pressure is 1.3-2.0 MPa, depending on water temperature and quality. This reverse osmosis water treatment equipment can be tailored with different membrane types according to the needs of specific water treatment systems and pure water treatment systems in various projects.
