1 . Descriptions:
The Magnetic Coupling Pump, also known as a magnetic pump or magnetic drive pump, is a non-leakage pump that utilizes magnetic coupling to drive the pump shaft's rotation. This technology isolates the power transmission components from the liquid, ensuring that no leakage occurs. The working principle involves the motor rotating the outer magnet, which in turn drives the inner magnet through magnetic coupling. This inner magnet rotates the pump shaft and impeller, allowing liquid to enter the pump chamber from the inlet and be transported to the outlet. The magnetic coupling device effectively keeps the driving part of the pump separate from the liquid, preventing leaks.
This pump is just one small part of larger wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems, where it contributes significantly to the safe and efficient handling of fluids.
