1 . Descriptions:
Diaphragm metering pumps are devices designed for the precise transfer of liquids. Their operating principle is based on the reciprocating motion of a diaphragm, which sucks in and discharges the liquid by changing the volume of the chamber. The diaphragm completely isolates the liquid from the driving part, ensuring the purity and safety of the conveying medium.
The specific steps of operation include the suction process, elimination process, and flow control. When the diaphragm moves backward, a negative pressure is formed in the pump chamber, causing the suction valve to open and allowing liquid to be drawn into the pump chamber. As the diaphragm moves forward, positive pressure is created, the suction valve closes, and the discharge valve opens, resulting in the liquid being expelled. The flow rate of the liquid can be precisely controlled by adjusting the diaphragm's reciprocation frequency and stroke length.
Diaphragm metering pumps are essential in both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems. In wastewater treatment systems, they accurately inject chemicals and coagulants, ensuring effective treatment processes.
