Customizability Ultra Pure Water Purification System - Membrane Filtration System
1 . Descriptions:
Membrane filtration system is a technology that utilizes semi-permeable membranes for liquid separation and purification, which is widely used in the fields of water treatment, food processing, medicine and chemical industry. According to the membrane pore size, membrane filtration can be divided into microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO). Membrane filtration processes are usually carried out under applied pressure. The amount of pressure depends on the type of membrane and the nature of the liquid to be treated. In reverse osmosis, the higher pressure drives water molecules through the membrane while salts and other impurities are retained. The system is usually designed for continuous operation, with a continuous supply of the liquid to be treated via a feed pump, while the concentrate and permeate are discharged.
