Product details

We intend to affix bristle fibers onto a circular plate. The bristle fibers will be securely attached to pre-drilled holes in the plate using a specialized hair planting technique. Subsequently, we will trim any unruly threads on the bristles.We have the capability to tailor this brush according to your specific requirements. Different types of bristle fibers are employed for various environments. For extended durability, we offer options such as nylon/silicon carbide abrasive filaments and diamond-impregnated filaments. The brush boasts a high concentration of fibers, ensuring excellent flexibility. It is user-friendly, particularly when used on an Automatic Polishing Line. This brush is utilized for creating an aged (antique) finish on marble and granite slabs. With a wide range of grit options, it is possible to achieve anything from an opaque finish to a mirror-like polish.
