Advanced production line of PU adhesives

In order to ensure perfect products, Huitian prefers the most advanced Imported automatic production line.

At the end of 2009, we invested more than 4 Million USD to import two german silicone production lines. This improves Huitian’s production from Traditional Batch-type to Static mixed automatic production lines.

In early 2010, we invested about 17 Million USD to set up the most advanced PU sealant production line in China, which makes our production capacity adding 5,000 Tons.

Meanwhile, we never stopped improving our QC and Research Labs. We purchase Carle's test equipment, Abbe refracts meter, Voltage breakdown tester, Infrared analyzer, Chromatographic analyzer, Laser particle size analyzer, Gas chromatograph, Tensile tester, Rotary evaporator, etc.

In 2011, Changzhou Huitian Solar cell film production line completed and started production, importing the world-level precision coating compound, and polymer material extrusion casting processing machinery, to build the Chinese largest solar battery back sheet R&D manufacturing base.

In early 2015, a thousands-ton production line was completed and put into production successfully to produce curtain wall adhesives. This production line was qualified by the designed quality standards. Huitian’s curtain wall structural adhesive has obtained the technical identification of the CWAC (Chinese building metal structure association aluminum windows curtain wall Committee). It is the symbol that Huitian participates in the high-end glass curtain wall plastic market competition.

World’s leading thousands ton class fully automatic production line of PU adhesive

In 2015, a thousands-ton class fully automatic production line of PU solvent-free adhesive for flexible packages and environment-protection water treatment came into production. The line meets the design requirements and products exceed the quality standards. The establishment of this production line is the key to reducing the pollution of traditional packing and printing adhesive to the atmosphere and inhibiting the harm of VOC. The mass production of high-temperature resistant solvent-free adhesives is beneficial to improving the packaging quality and reducing environmental pollution, thus creating great social and economic value. Meantime, Huitian has broken through technical barriers in the environment-protection water treatment project. Stable bulk supply to VIP customers is guaranteed by the new production line and the completion of all-around performance tests by an authoritative customer.

In 1977, Xiangfan Adhesive Institute was founded in Hubei province.

In 1979, LG-31, a sealant for automobile engines developed by Xiangfan Adhesive Technology Research Institute for Dongfeng, was launched and successfully replaced the Japanese counterpart.

In 1992, Mr. Zhangfeng took up his post of institute director when the institute is on the verge of bankruptcy.

In 1997, Xiangfan Adhesive Institute was restructured as Hubei Huitian New Material Co., Ltd, which began the transition from a research institute to a science and technology enterprise.

In 1999, Shanghai Huitian New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the research, manufacture, sales, and service of photovoltaic adhesives, completing the layout of the Yangtze River Delta.

In 2003, Guangzhou Huitian New Material Co., Ltd was founded, specializing in the research, manufacturing, sales, and service of electronic adhesives, completing the layout of the Pearl River Delta.

In 2009, Huitian had a new production base that came into use in Yichen city, Hubei Province.

In 2010, Huitian Adhesive was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code 300041.

In 2011, Changzhou Huitian New Material Co., Ltd was founded, completing the layout of the new photovoltaic materials industry chain.

In 2012, Huitian and the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly set up the "High-Performance Adhesive Material Engineering Technology Center".

In 2013, Huitian Group inaugurated a new base and R&D center at its Shanghai headquarters to create a world-class adhesives R&D center.

In 2015, Huitian was recognized as the National Enterprise Technology Center by the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, and State Administration of Taxation.

In 2016, Huitian Group established a joint venture company of South and North Locomotive And Rolling Stock, implementing a new mode of in-depth cooperation with CRRC. All six FACTORIES of CRRC switched to Huitian products, ending the monopoly history of European and American multinational companies.

In 2017, Huitian Vietnam Yueyou Co., LTD was established to start the road of overseas expansion.

In 2019, Huitian Group set up overseas offices in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and other places to accelerate its overseas business development.

In 2022, Huitian New Material Japan Co., LTD was founded and Huitian Vietnam Yueyou Co., LTD opened a new office in the north part.

In 2023, Vina Evergreen Advanced Material Company Limited was established to invest in the overseas market, localization starts at the same time as internationalization.

In 2024, the Vietnamese factory of Huitien New Material starts production in BW Industrial Zone, Hai Duong, Vietnam, taking the first step toward overseas production.

Brand

Multi-Brands will be our core strategy. We are always promoting “HUITIAN” brand in the future. Meanwhile, 3-5 Sub-brands will enter into different sectors. We are planning to build “HUITIAN” as a global brand. Besides, in other industries, there will be other top local brands.

Localization

Localization is our marketing strategy. It includes storage, service, technical support, small orders dealing, production, etc. In all important markets, we will use localization as our ultimate aim.
