How to Use

1.Dry-hang method: Open a short or long slot at the up and down of the flagstone, the flagstone thickness is commonly 25 ~ 30 mm, slot width is commonly 7~ 8 mm. Put 9767 into slot, and then insert the stainless steel pendant side in the slot, the other side connect to the wall of steel net, steel net is box iron or angle iron

2.Back tied method: punch four circular slot at the flagstone back, put 9767 into flagstone back, insert four metal anchors into the circular slot and link them, fix the flagstone

3.Direct bonding method:Gluing9767 on the flagstone four corners, then gluing in the center, and then attached the back of flagstone to the wall. This method need high flatness of the wall

A component is light brown paste, B component is dark brown red thixotropic paste, and the mixture is brown paste

Storage and usable life

Should be stored below 27℃ in the cool, dry place, this product has a usable life of 9 months from the date of manufacture

Limitations

1.Mix A and B component according to weight ratio 1:1 in a container, then gluing on the bonding slot or surface

2.Curing six hours in room temperature can be structural strength, the totally curing time will be longer in winter

3.The basic material surface temperature should not below 5℃

4.The bonding surface should be dry(moisture percentage should not beyond 15%), no dust, no oil stain. Rough handling must be done when the bonding surface is too smooth
