5351:LED Potting sealant.

5351 is a two-component,, high transparency, heat curing silicone sealant. Mainly applicable to the package of the blue chip and UV chip. With high transmittance, no yellowing, good operability, strong adhesion and so on. By 5351 the encapsulated LED lamp has a light, light a small decline rate is high, etc.. Product is a mixture of modified poly two methyl silicone, in line with the EU ROHS environmental protection requirements.

Instructions

Mixing process: the A, B group divided according to weight ratio 1:1 accurately weighed, adding fluorescent powder and manual stirring, vacuum pumping, repeated several times to ensure uniform mixing. No bubble, recommended by vacuum mixer.

Sizing: by dispensing the 5351 injection.

Curing: recommended curing conditions 80 /0.5 hours +150 hours /2 hours; optional 150 degrees /3 hours.

Storage: before mixing the A, B components to room temperature, to avoid light, sealed to save. Please use the finished in 8 hours after mixing.

Attention

Oral administration is strictly prohibited.

If skin touched, please immediately after wiping cloth class, with water or alcohol cleaning

If you accidentally contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water, and quickly for medical treatment.
