Description

Huitian® 8906 PU primer is a black, moisture-curing liquid primer. It is specially formulated for the preparation of the bonding surface before using Huitian PU adhesive in glass bonding operations, to improve the PU adhesive’s bonding strength and UV resistance.

Typical Applications

This product is used to improve the adhesion between the adhesive and the glass or ceramic printing edge in bonding operations, and can also be used for the treatment of some metals.

For special materials, to ensure the bonding effect and the compatibility of the product with the material, it is necessary to test based on the actual substrate and environment in advance. Please contact the technical service department of Huitian.

Directions for Use

Drying time: The normal drying time is 3~5 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. Do not start gluing until the primer volatilizes and dries (10 minutes recommended).

Usage: The bonding surface must be clean and dry, without oil or dust. Wipe the surface with Huitian activator 8902 and allow it to dry. Shake Huitian 8906 well until you can hear the balls in the can roll freely. Continue to shake for 1 minute. Then apply the primer evenly to the bonding surface.

Optimal application environment: Ventilated environment at 15~25°C.
