Description

Huitian 8324-V/8320-V series foam is specially designed and developed for the structural needs of power batteries. Its gentle compression curve and excellent compression rebound performance guarantee ample buffering capability for new energy batteries, effectively absorbing and mitigating shocks during the battery charging and discharging process. The low-density foam offers a wide compression range, allowing for a maximum compression ratio of up to 80%. Additionally, its exceptional compression and permanent deformation ensure the foam's outstanding durability. Huitian 8324-V/8320-V series foam maintains stable compression rebound performance and compression permanent deformation performance even in long-term exposure to hot and high-humidity environments. It can sustain over 90% of its compression performance after millions of compressions, ensuring the durability of batteries in various harsh conditions.
