Our factory equips with modern production machines, at present we newly-introduced 6 china's most advanced baby diaper production lines, with 3D on line embossing technique and high speed at 800pcs per minute. To guarantee the sanitation and quality of our prouducts, we carry out 6S management standard and our laboratory tests the quality from raw material, production and finished products, Strict quality control is performed in every procedure. 1. What certification you have ?

A: Our factory is certified by BV, BSCI, we also have ISO 9001 certificate; SGS certificate;

2. MOQ & trial order:

A: Minimum order quantity : 20 HQ(mixed with different items) 25,000 bags / items.

3. Payment terms:

A: 30% T/T as deposit, the rest 70% against the copy of B/L.

4. Production capacity:

A: At present, we have three production lines and our production capacity is over 80 containers/month, we'll add one high-speed production line and the production capacity will reach 100 containers in 2020.

5. Lead time:

A: For first order, the lead time is about 45 days due to the package artwork confirmation and new package printed, and the delivery time of the following orders will be within 30 days.
