For the problems (small probability) arising in the use of lighting balloon:

For the repairable situations such as parts damage: we will provide free replacement parts or you purchase parts from your local store (we bear the expense).

For the non-repair situations: we will offer free replacement.

Ø How do you start the order?

Ø We will start your order after receiving the payment. we will send you videos and pictures of products’ test and packaging stage, in which your company name will also be shown on an A4 paper to ensure authenticity.

ØAttention:

ØKeep the product away from any sharp objects. Do not use it in heavy rain or wind. Do not use corrosive detergents to clean the product. In heavy wind you shouldn’t floating balloons with helium. A helium-filled promotional product will fly uncontrollably from side to side. In really heavy wind it will go towards the ground. It’s a good idea check the weather reports before launching your blimp or giant balloon. Place the product in a well-ventilated place. Make sure the product is dry before storing it.
