4. Q: What’s your shipping terms?

A: If you need to ship by air, we can use DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. If you need to ship by sea, we have many good forwarders to work with, they can provide the best price for you.

Q3: How long can you ship the balls ?
A: For the ball which is in stock, it can be delivered in 7-15 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20-45 days depending on the order quantity.

Q4: How to place order and arrange payment ?
A: You can contact our sales to draft PI, we will confirm the order once receive your information. You can arrange 30% deposit payment once order is confirmed by both party. T/T is preferred.
