320x256 / 30μm GAS330 Cooled Infrared Camera Module for Non-contact Gas Leakage Detection
GAS330 is a cooled infrared thermal imaging module specially designed for gas leakage detection. It uses 320x256 / 30μm cooled MWIR infrared detector. It utilizes spectral wavelength filtering technology to visualize the invisible VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) that cannot be seen by naked eyes.
GAS330 infrared gas leak detection camera is specific for detecting minute fugitive emissions of industrial gases. Its high sensitivity is suitable for detection scene with low gas concentration and slow gas flow rate. Inspectors can find the gas that pollutes the environment or is harmful to personnel assets, and timely avoid profitable gas loss.
Its real time non-contact measurement is also helpful for inspectors to detect the gas leakage in dangerous areas or areas that are difficult to access, so as to ensure the safety of inspection personnel. It has great application value in safety production, environmental protection supervision and cost saving.

The GAS330 gas leak detection thermal imaging camera is used for visiualizing the invisible VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and detecting gas leakage such as: Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane, Pentane, Hexane, Heptane, Octane, Ethylene, Propylene, Isoprene, Methanol, Ethanol, Butanone, Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, Ethylbenzene etc.
1. What is a cryocooler used for?
Cryocoolers are machines that keep sensors extremely cold so that thermal images can be taken on long-term missions. In many high-end applications, the sensors that capture images require extremely low temperatures.
2. What are the main factors to measure the quality of Cryocooler?
Long battery life and reliable operation are main factors to measure the quality of a cryocooler. GSTiR cryocooler has a wide operating temperature range and excellent reliability. Its MTTF (Mean Time to Failures) has reached to 10,000 hours, which meets 24*7 boot operation requirements.
3. What is MTTF?
MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) measures a part’s reliability. It shows you how long on average a part lasts before it breaks and you have to replace it. On a basic level, it tells you about the quality of the parts you’re buying. The longer they last, the more value you’re getting from them.
