In Mold Decoration (IMD) combine the traditional injection molding and secondary processing enables design flexibility and to achieve the high-quality decoration parts. In Mold Decoration solution allows high resolution graphics with multiple color options in metallic, matte, and high gloss surface finishes and textures.

In-mold decoration process

Step 1 Film material selection, punching on film and film printing.
Step 2 High pressure forming mold.
Step 3 Use the trimming die to cut for the size.
Step 4 Insert the prapared film into the mold then injection molding for the final plastic parts.
